General conditions of sale

These general terms of sale apply to the purchase of products made through the e-commerce site by users who qualify as "Consumers".

- The Products presented on the Site can be purchased through the selection of products of consumer interest and their inclusion in the appropriate virtual shopping cart. After the selection of the Products, to make the purchase of the inserted in the cart, the Consumer will be invited to (i) register on the Site, providing the requested data, or (ii) to log in, if the Consumer is already registered or (iii) to provide his data in order to complete the order and allow the completion of the contract. If the data indicated in the order are different from those provided during registration on the Site, the Consumer will be required to confirm his data (for example but not limited to: name, surname, etc.), as well as the address where to deliver the selected Products, the billing address and, optionally, a telephone number where he can contact him for any communications related to the purchase made. The Consumer will see a summary of the order to be executed, of which he can modify the contents: therefore, the Consumer, after careful reading, must expressly approve these general conditions of sale, through the appropriate check-box on the Site and finally, through the "Order Confirmation" button, the Consumer will be asked to confirm his order, which will thus be definitively sent to the Seller

- The Site indicates the availability of the products and the delivery times of the same, however, this information is to be considered purely indicative and not binding on the Seller.

- The Seller undertakes to do everything in his power in order to respect the delivery times indicated on the Sito.In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the Product, the Seller will provide written communication to the Consumer and will refund any sums already paid by the Consumer for the payment of the product, including the Delivery Costs ,within 3 (THREE) days. The amount will be refunded through the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressedly different request of the Consumer and provided that the Consumer does not have to bear any costs as a consequence of the refund.

- Every product purchased on our site is invoiced according to current regulations. The billing is automatic, in electronic form and sent only on request by the consumer.

How to pay for an order

The various forms of payment, which will be reported during the ordering procedure in our e-commerce, are as follows:

You can use your Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express credit card and all major credit and prepaid cards.

For this form of payment there is the shipment of the order at the time of the actual crediting of the amount to be paid which can normally vary from 3 to 4 working days.

Right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a "Consumer",as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, the rights referred to in Articles 52 and 21 of the Consumer Code, as amended by legislative decree of 21/02/2014 n.21, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereafter "Right of Withdrawal") for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, with the methods specified below.
The Withdrawal may apply to all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Papillonstore Products and/or Services purchased by the Consumer.
In the case of Products, the withdrawal period expires after 30 (DAYS) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the Carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the Products(s) (hereafter "Withdrawal Period").

The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending - before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period as indicated above - a notice of withdrawal (hereafter"Withdrawal Communication") by paper mail addressed to:

The Withdrawal Notice can alternatively be sent - within the same Withdrawal Period as indicated above - also by e-mail to the following address: The Withdrawal Notice must specify the will to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product/Service or Products/Services for which you intend to exercise the right of Withdrawal. Papillonstore, to facilitate the exercise of the right of Withdrawal, makes available to its Consumers a special Form to be used for the Communication of Withdrawal.Which you can find in your user area.
Following the correct exercise of the right of Withdrawal, as outlined in art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code as mentioned above, Papillonstore will forward to the Consumer, by E-MAIL the Practice Number. This Number must be indicated by the Consumer at the time of return of the Product(s) (hereafter "Return"). The Return of the Product(s) must take place within 30 (DAYS) days from the date on which the Consumer has communicated his decision to withdraw pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code just mentioned. This deadline will be respected if the Consumer sends back or re-sends back the Products/o subject to Withdrawal before the expiry of the 30 days.

Papillonstore reminds its Consumers that the transport costs related to the return of the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal/Defects are borne by the Consumer and that the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer himself.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised in accordance with The Provisions of Art. 52 and ss., Papillonstore will refund to the Consumer the full amount already paid, excluding the delivery costs incurred by Papillonstore, within 30 (DAYS) days from the day on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the Purchase Contract.

The amount will be refunded through the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressedly different request of the Consumer and provided that the Consumer does not have to bear any costs as a consequence of the refund. Bow tie, pursuant to and for the effects of Art. 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, reserves the right to withhold the refund until he has received the Products or until the Consumer has shown that he has shipped the Products, depending on which situation occurs before.

Conclusion of the contract via the Internet

In order to proceed with the purchase of one or more Products through the Internet, the Customer must pre-register on the Site, providing Papillonstore, in compliance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, with all the data necessary to allow Papillonstore itself to execute the orders submitted.

Once the registration has been completed, the Customer can select one or more Products of which he intends to make the purchase, placing them in a virtual "cart", of which he can always view the contents before proceeding to forward the Order.

By clicking on the "Proceed to purchase" button, the Customer will start the procedure for forwarding the Order. In the formulation phase of the Order and until its actual forwarding, the Customer will, however, have the opportunity to review the data entered by clicking on the "Back" button, so as to identify and correct any incorrect information.

By clicking on the "Confirm the Order" button, at the end of the procedure initiated pursuant to the previous section, the Customer will forward the Order to Papillonstore.Each Order submitted in such ways must be understood, to all effects, as a contractual proposal by the Customer. The forwarding of the Order by the Customer will be promptly confirmed by Papillonstore regarding the receipt of the Order itself, by sending an e-mail on the e-mail account communicated by the Customer. By sending this e-mail, Papillonstore will also communicate to the Customer whether or not the Order can be accepted (the Order Confirmation).

Papillonstore will have the right to accept or not the Orders received without the Customer being able to make rights or claims against Papillonstore in any capacity. The Order will, in any case, be accepted and consequently the Contract concluded at the time when the Customer will receive, on his e-mail address, the Order Confirmation Email, containing confirmation of acceptance of the Order.

Legal and Conventional Guarantees

Legal guarantee for the Consumer Customer:The Consumer Customer (below, "Consumer"),as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code (below, "Consumer Code",D.Lgs 6 September 2005, n. 206), has the right to make use of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself to the articles from 128 to 132. This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, denounces to Papillonstore any lack of conformity found by the Consumer in the product purchased within 2 (two) months of discovery (art. 132, Consumer Code). Following this complaint, the Consumer will be entitled to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favor of the Consumer. By virtue of the aforementioned Legal Guarantee, Papillonstore is responsible for conformity defects that occur within 2 (two) years of delivery of the Product. After this deadline, Papillonstore, therefore, will not be responsible for the conformity defects found by the Consumer. In case of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty relating to the Product given as a replacement or resulting from the repair, are the same as for the original product. Therefore, the total two-year duration of the legal guarantee will still start from the delivery of the original product. In order to take advantage of the warranty, we recommend that you show the purchase document. Every product sold is billed, you can request the invoice directly by email or phone.


Although the Seller takes measures to protect personal data against their possible loss, falsification, manipulation and misuse by third parties, due to the characteristics and technical limitations related to the protection of electronic communications via the Internet, the Seller cannot guarantee that the information or data displayed by the Consumer on the Site, even after the Consumer has authenticated (login) , are not accessible or viewable by unauthorized third parties.

The Site uses cookies to ensure the normal navigation and use of its features and, with the consent of customers, to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed in the context of online browsing.

intellectual property

All elements of the Site that are the subject or not of a registration of an intellectual property right (photos, product sheets, descriptions, layouts...) are the exclusive property of PapillonStore and cannot be used. All designs, models, brands, texts, visual or sound, comments, works, illustrations, images, reproduced on the site are protected by copyright, brand rights and image rights and any other applicable intellectual property rights.

They are the total property of Papillonstore or its partners. Any type of reproduction or representation, subject to counterfeiting, may assume the civil and criminal liability of its author.
A user who has an internet site, a blog and who wants to publish a link that you send directly to the home page of the site, must first ask the company Papillonstore for permission.

Links referring to the Papillonstore website and using framing or in-line linking techniques are formally prohibited.

In any case, each link, even if tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn at the simple request of the company Papillonstore.
